The Story
Hello, Everyone. I am just an average guy with a passion to grow Fresh no pesticide vegetables, and at the same time help others . just a few facts In South Carolina, 687,880 people are struggling with hunger – and of them 207,840are children. And In Georgia, 1,561,360 people are struggling with hunger – and of them 523,470 are children.

We all say, one person can not make a change. Well, I am trying, With this funding money will go to a 4 season growing machine. I do have a hoop house I started with but need more of a controlled greenhouse.

Will also need a cement pad and installed 20 x 48 feet and the greenhouse built so if you just want to donate doing that instead of money that would be great. To start with we will donate 25% of the food we grow, to food banks in the GA and SC locations.

Do to cost of electric and water plus help we still need to cover the cost. As we grow over time and acquire more land and greenhouses, We can create Jobs and teach others how to grow enough for their families. This is not a scam and we will be keeping a WordPress blog for updates. Also, all people who donate will have there name put on a wall in the greenhouse. And those who Dontae Will have a brick with their name on a pathway. Thank you For your Time.

Feel like a child in  a candy store ? Well that’s me, when it comes to new tech items (I want that and that ) I am sure my wife thinks that every time I tell her about the latest up and coming technology that is on the way in .

There’s one thing I do know and will give advice on. Do not waste your time money or energy on new items that just hit the market , you may be asking yourself why and I am also a impulse buyer, also gotta have the most advanced tech out there before everyone gets it before me. The main reason i say this  kinks are in the hardware and software still , you much better waiting a 6 month wait to a year when a new gadget hits the floor for consumers .

Also people buy to resell on Ebay and Amazon  right off the bat and this will drive the market cost up. Lets take VR for and spin , if you look on Ebay and HTC Vive

 You will see the new price is above what HTC is selling it for. But click used , and you see a lot of used ones already for sell, same thing with Oculus Rift.  The main reason for this, it is still a 1st gen not all issues are worked out, so just wait for the next release and we all will be much more satisfied .

The same goes for the PlayStation VR already sold out most to Ebay and Amazon Re sellers and the cost will be a much higher price so save some of that cash and wait it out. It will not kill you but it may feel like it . I know we all have tech withdraws.

A new era of management

 

A lot has changed since I had my 1st job, and I am sure you notice. In today’s job force there are many things you must take into account before doing management, with all due respect old styles are dead and will not work for any company trying to grow.

Top of my list is your Employees, they are your first line of success. A lot of CEO’s and upper management still have no clue about this. So let me lay it out there. I have been on both sides of this fence, your employees are number one and you need to treat them as such. They are the first face customers see and they are you company’s voice.

If you treat your employee’s badly, then the outcome might be you company will do badly and your employees performance may be lacking. If you have good employee’s you will thrive in time, you must compensate them fairly and treat them with respect if you want them to respect you.

Too many companies underpay their workers and have the mentality that they can replace them as fast as they go out the door. Yes, that may be the case, but you may end up getting someone that’s is not up to par, high turnover is not a sign you want your company to have. And once you get into that pattern it is an endless flow.

Also management styles are not the same as twenty years ago. There is way more diversity in the workforce today, and your management needs to be just as diverse as the employee’s. Meaning all employees cannot be managed in the same manner. A lot of the time management may be your company’s worst enemy.  One style of management will not work today. Your management team might have to adjust their style of management for each and every employee.

The main reason behind this is due to the much diversity in the workplace. Everyone is not the same so you cannot expect them to perform like the next. Some may need a little more coaching then others, some may need to be recognized more, some may need things explained for them, while others just go for it and seem to be able to do everything without being told, but as I said before, we are all not the same and therefore our management styles cannot be the same.

Do not mistake this information as no matter how bad an employee is I will keep them, I am not saying that, I am saying Your employees are your companies most valued asset next to your customer’s. Just keep in mind content employees are good for your company and customers, it pays off in the long haul.

Fast food at a slow pace

So here it is, I do truly love the big M’s coffee every day most days, alarm is buzzing your back is hurting you slowly roll out of bed rub your eyes and toss your legs to the floor. And wait don’t forget to not try and pull your back out lol this is the dam thing about getting old.

 You know the rest jump in shower and so on. You get in your car and start out for work and as you do every day you pull into the drive thru. Well as many times as they see you in a week you would figure they would know you by face and car plus same order you have been giving them for two years every day.

One large coffee (or whatever it is you might get) so you go to window #2 and pay then you pull up too window #1, and the girl or guy looks at you and ask what did you have? Now what boggles my small brain here is how did the communication breakdown from five feet away or maybe if you were paying attention to your job and not horse playing with another employee or texting on your phone, you might just seem to be a more bit intelligent then you are acting.

 Okay you ask why am I saying this. In two years of going to the same place every day. They have got my order wrong about 30 times. Then on top of it handed me cups without making sure lid was on right so spilling coffee all over car and me (Yes hot as hell) but that’s what makes it taste good right. I drive 40 minutes to work so by that time not worth me going back.  

My loving wife has had the same issues and we have told their management about it. even told their main office. So my question and I already know the answer. Is all big M’s the same?  How many others have had the same experience?   Let me here some feedback good or bad. 

I was thinking to myself is this fast food or fast food at a very slow pace? And just maybe I am the one whom is in the rush.
